Retainers are non-refundable and will be credited to your account for future use. These credits do not expire and will remain available indefinitely.

In the event of a refund, processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. Payment processors, such as banks and payment networks like Visa and Mastercard, have their own rules and fees for refunded payments. These fees are often non-refundable, and we are unable to recover them.
